By City of Bedford (other events)

2 Dates Through Jan 27, 2024

ABOUT ABOUT

Do you like solving crimes? Put your skills to the test and join us for an evening filled with food, fun, mystery, and wedding bells! The City of Bedford, Turning Point Beer, and The Murder Mystery Company are teaming up to host the murder mystery dinner, “‘Til Death Do Us Part.”

Tickets include a full course meal and two drinks. Over the course of three hours, participants will become sleuths as they try and put together clues to solve the mystery of “who dunnit.” The first portion of the evening allows time to mix, mingle, find your seats, and put on your detective hat (or wedding veil). The theme for the evening is a wedding ceremony nightmare, and nuptial-appropriate dress is highly encouraged! Tickets are $35 for those who will be drinking alcohol, and $25 for those who will be drinking non-alcoholic beverages. Grab your bouquets and boutonnieres and join us for a night of happily never afters.

Please note, this event is for ages 13 and over.

Some examples of what to wear include: ridiculous ties, old wedding dresses, worst wedding attire, ugly bridesmaid dresses, wedding accessories (veils, bouquets, boutonnieres, fascinators, etc).

UPDATE as of January 3:

Due to unforeseen circumstances, we are having to change the theme of the City of Bedford’s upcoming murder mystery dinner on January 26 and 27 from “’Til Death Do Us Part” to “Death of a Gangster.” The new theme will feature a 1920s mafia marriage murder mystery. Since a wedding will still take place in the storyline, there is no need to change costumes. You also have the option to now wear flapper dresses, feather boas, headbands, pinstriped suits, fedoras, etc.

This Murder Mystery Dinner will still be the nightmare wedding of the year! We apologize for any inconvenience this change may bring. If you have any questions, concerns, or can no longer attend, please reach out to Jessica Green, the City’s Cultural Arts Assistant, at [email protected]. We are dying to see you there!
